Artisan Cheese Maker with a specialty in cheddars is required for a century old business located in a historically significant county in Ontario.
The successful candidate will have both a Canadian Cheese Maker's License and a Grader's License and be responsible for all manufacturing and maintenance of related equipment. Must have ability to work amicably with other staff and departments. A good working knowledge of computers, the internet and email, with particualr attention to Word and Excel is required.
