University of Guelph cheesemaking course and seminar.

It's time again for The University of Guelph to hold it's successful Cheesemaking Technology Course (Apr 23-Apr 27, 2007 ). Following that, there will be a seminar on the diagnosis and correction of cheese defects by Professor Mark E.
