|Basic individual/non-corporate membership for any person interested in cheese and the OCS mandate.||An enhanced enthusiast individual membership with a new suite of benefits to align with the food industry professional's needs. Professional members including chefs, food writers, processor employees or individual milk producers interested in the revival of small scale cheese making in Ontario.||This membership is only available to an organization or owner-operated establishment which is currently engaged in making and selling cheese.||This membership is open to suppliers, retailers, wholesalers and companies and organizations who are interested in supporting small scale cheese makers in Ontario on an organizational level.|

More than 100,000 L per year: $300 + GST

Cheese Maker Event/Show Marketing Option: Want to participate and promote your cheese at major shows without bearing all the expense or time required to staff a 2-4 day show? OCS cheese maker members only are invited to supply cheese either for sale or sampling at any of the shows that the OCS participates in each year. The OCS participates in 3 major shows per year. Policies vary per show. Generally, the OCS pays wholesale prices for cheese provided. Cost of the booth largely borne by OCS however from time to time a booth surcharge may be required. Cheese makers are invited to staff the booth and provide marketing collateral for handouts.
Supporting Industry Event/Show Marketing Option: Supporting Industry cheese maker members are invited to set up a booth to encourage members to learn about their products and services each year at our annual AGM/Conference event.
